| Andreja Pucihar is an Associate Professor and head of MIS study programs at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Maribor in Slovenia. She received her PhD in Management of Information Systems in 2002. Her recent research is mainly focused to IS innovation, in particular to digital transformation and e-business models. She is a member of eCenter and Head of eMarkets Laboratory. She has published over 170 papers in journals and conference proceedings. She has been involved into several national, international (EU, CE, cross-border, bilateral) and industry projects, mainly focusing to digitalization, IS innovation and support to SMEs. Since 2009 she has been serving as a conference chair of annual international Bled eConference, focusing on electronic interactions research since 1988 (http://bledconference.org). She is an assistant editor of »Electronic Markets - The International Journal on Networked Business« journal and a member of the board of »Journal of Theoretical and Applied Electronic Commerce Research«. |

| Inma Rodriguez-Ardura (PhD University of Barcelona) is an associate professor of Marketing and the Director of the Digital Business Research Group at the Open University of Catalonia (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya). She has also served as a part-time lecturer at the University of Miami and as a visiting professor at the University of Oxford, and at Babson College, Boston. Her research interests lie in the areas of entrepreneurial digital marketing, online consumer experiences, and marketing for e-learning. She carries out competitive research projects funded by European and international institutions. Her research has appeared in numerous journals including Behaviour & Information Technology, British Journal of Educational Technology, Computers & Education, Computers in Human Behavior, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication, Information and Management, Information Society, Information Technology & People, Interactive Learning Environments, Internet Research, the South African Journal of Business Management, and Telematics and Informatics. She has authored scores of research books and textbooks. |

| Eusebio Scornavacca is Parsons Professor of Digital Innovation at University of Baltimore. He also holds the J. & M. Thompson Professorship in Management Information Systems at the Merrick School of Business. Prior to joining UB, Professor Scornavacca was a faculty member and director of research at the School of Information Management, Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. He has also held academic positions in Japan, Italy, France and Brazil. His research interests include mobile and ubiquitous information systems and disruptive ICT innovation and digital transformation. During the past 18 years he has conducted qualitative and quantitative research in a wide range of industries, including research sponsored by the private sector. Professor Scornavacca's research has appeared in journals such as the Journal of Information Technology, Information and Management, Communications of the ACM, Decision Support Systems, Communications of the AIS and the Journal of Computer Information Systems. He has served as track chair at conferences such as ICIS, ECIS, PACIS, AMCIS, ACIS, HICSS and Conf-IRM. |

| My research expertise centers on the intersection of technology and the user/customer. Over the past 20 years, I have focused on how people feel about the technology they use and how technologies, such as the Web, can improve users’ experiences. Areas, including IS acceptance, quality, accessibility, affective computing, and decision-making, are the foundations of much of my research. |

| Narciso Cerpa is an Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department of the Faculty of Engineering at the “Universidad de Talca”, Chile. He has qualifications in computing engineering (BE) and information systems (MCom, PhD). He has 15 years of experience in the software development industry and 16 years of experience in academia and has held appointments in both Australia and Chile. He was Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Development and Innovation at the University of Talca during the period 2003-2006. His research interests include software engineering, and electronic commerce. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Theoretical and Applied Electronic Commerce Research and one of its founding members. He is a member of the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Global Information Management (JGIM), member of the Editorial Board of International Journal of Information Systems in the Service Sector (IJISSS), and member of the Scientific Editorial Board of the Revista de Universidad y Sociedad del Conocimiento. |

| Mirjana Pejic-Bach is a Full Professor at the Department of Informatics at the Faculty of Economics & Business. She graduated at the Faculty of Economics & Business – Zagreb, where she also received her Ph.D. degree in Business, submitting a thesis on “System Dynamics Applications in Business Modelling“ in 2003.
She is the recipient of the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence for the paper Influence of strategic approach to BPM on financial and non-financial performance published in Baltic Journal of Management. Mirjana was also educated at MIT Sloan School of Management in the field of System Dynamics Modelling, and at OliviaGroup in the field of data mining. She participates in number of EU FP7 projects, and is an Expert for Horizon 2020. Mirjana Pejic-Bach is editor in chief of two journals, and serves as the Associate Editor and member of Editorial Board in several other journals, in the field of Information and Management, as well as conferences. |
